Audio Objects
Three product studies exploring how speakers, portable players and recorded media turn sound into tactile objects.

Project overview
Speaker, MP3 player and compact disc become one study of the physical rituals, interfaces and material memory surrounding sound.
Give digital sound a physical language
Listening increasingly happens through invisible software, while the objects around it still shape how music is touched, carried and remembered. The series needed to connect three different formats without flattening their individual character.
Design through use, material and memory
I developed each object around a different relationship to sound: the speaker as presence in a room, the portable player as an interface held in the hand, and the CD as packaging and archive. Shared lighting, precise materials and campaign-style compositions connect the series.
One coherent family of audio objects
The combined case study shows a broader product-design language than any single object could: form, controls, branding, translucent packaging and tactile detail create a small visual archive of physical listening culture.
Environment study
A portable interface in motion.
The MP3 study translates playback into a compact physical interaction through circular controls, screen states, ports and product-scale camera movement.
