A six-month workflow redesign that transformed multilingual technical-course production and enabled 30 hours of accredited learning content to be delivered in a single month.

I transformed a presenter-led production model into a reusable AI-assisted system for multilingual, credit-bearing technical education.
Scale without making AI the distraction
A 90-hour course had previously taken roughly two years to produce. Recording human presenters, coordinating editorial content, building 2D and 3D assets and managing multilingual versions created long handoffs, repeated corrections and high production costs. The new system also had to establish a credible writing style, avatar voice and visual language so learners experienced AI as support—not as a distraction from technically accurate content.
Connect people, standards and automation
As Post Production Lead, I owned the course outline and production design while coordinating a 10+ person team in Germany, the editorial team, colleagues in India and external partners. I introduced team AI workshops, mapped the end-to-end workflow and built templates, SOPs, modular structures, automated file organization, transcription, translation, dubbing, quality control, review, approval and client-delivery processes.
A reusable multilingual production engine
The redesigned system enabled 30 hours of accredited course content to be produced in one month and supported more than 1,000 university learners in India. It reduced correction loops and production costs, improved consistency, and made assets reusable across subjects, formats and languages while retaining human review for technical and editorial quality.

Unreal Engine studio environments, Premiere Pro, Adobe production tools, Firefly research and structured review gates connected course design to final quality control and client delivery.
